Before the pandemic, for most brands everything was going well: visits to their stores, face-to-face customer service, visual promotions, among others, were ways to build trust with the consumer, and Dr. Martens was not the exception. However, the incoming situation of the pandemic forced most of the brands and companies to claim.

Social networks or sales through Instagram were no longer enough, in addition to that manual processes increased due to the constant responses of comments such as prices, sizes, colors, in conclusion, on the availability of the product. Since then, Dr. Martens Colombia opted for an innovative solution that would help them to optimize processes with an online store.
